totally alright
Been using the total gym for a few weeks. It arrived with smashed roller wheels, but it only took a week to receive replacements.

Easy to Use
Total Gym 1700 Club was exactly what I needed. It is easy for older people to use and still get a good workout.

Can be used at any age to improve ones health.
I will be 68 in 2009 and have been using my existing Total Gym 1000 for 15 months now. I do 35 minutes of exercise 4 days a week at level 7.

very disappointed
The sleeve on one of the stabilizing bars cracked and a plastic ring somewhere under the glideboard broke during my first 5 minutes.

Worth it!!!!!
Been using it for about 3 weeks now and still love it. I haven’t done many lower body exercises but it will work your upper body great!!!
