Just what I needed!
I have had the Total Gym 1100 now for about 5 years now. I’ve used it in the past to rehab when I had injuries such as knee contusions, shoulder bursitis.

One of my best purchases…
I love my Total Gym! No, I’m not on Chuck Norris’ or Christy Brinkley’s payroll, and I was skeptical on buying something seen in an infomercial.

Excellent Product
This is a great product for the money. It’s a very basic exercise machine, easy to set up – my son had it together in under an hour with minimal effort.

Did not like at all
I have had a few home gyms including 2 total gyms and 1 bowflex. I did not like either of the total gyms at all.

very nice home workout system!
This is a very nice home workout system. Lots of exercises, using your own body weight, which means it doesn’t take up a lot of room and is very easy to pack away, when you need…

total gym
The total gym is a very good workout. We use it everyday with alot of different exercises. We have lost alot of inches and pounds.
