i use when ever i can
it works great i can only do 10 or 20 reps but he only bad thing is it has weight limit i think its 200 or 300 pound limit on it im not sure.

Ok, doesn’t work on door frams of older style houses, many on Craigslist
So had to add a flange to my door frame because I live in and older apartment and the door frame was way too high.

I got this 2 1/2 months ago, and I have used it daily since then. I have gone from just 10 pull ups a day (in multiple sets) to more than 50 pull ups a day.
