    I have seen those Bowflex infomercials for 20 years now and was the first to say “Yeah right”. I believed there was no way it can be as easy as they say it was.

    I am getting stronger but it’s taking longer then 6 weeks..
    I use it three times a week along with weights… I like the simplicity when going from one exercise set to another…
